This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Orboltix LLC (“Orboltix®”, “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the video game titled “Circuit Thunder” (the “Game”), including all associated software, content, features, online services, social systems, and artificial intelligence-powered chat systems.
By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not confer any ownership interest in the Game. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the Company.
You must be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, to access or use the Game. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the Game with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by this Agreement on your behalf.
Certain features of the Game may require you to create an account. In doing so, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep such information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of unauthorized access or misuse.
The Game may include online features such as in-game chat, messaging systems, social hubs, and integrations with third-party social media platforms, as well as the ability to create and share user-generated content. By participating in these features, you agree that you will not post or transmit any content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful. You further agree not to harass, threaten, or exploit other users in any manner.
You acknowledge that your communications and content may be monitored, moderated, or recorded for purposes of safety, compliance, and service improvement. By submitting or sharing user-generated content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Game and related services.
The Game may provide access to AI-powered chat systems that are separate from core gameplay and are intended solely for conversational or support-related purposes. These systems do not influence gameplay mechanics, outcomes, or in-game environments.
By using AI chat features, you acknowledge that responses are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate in certain contexts. You agree not to rely on such responses as professional, legal, medical, or other regulated advice. You further agree not to misuse, manipulate, or attempt to exploit these systems for harmful, abusive, or unintended purposes.
The Company reserves the right to monitor and review interactions with AI chat systems to maintain safety, enforce this Agreement, and improve system performance. AI-generated responses do not represent the views or opinions of the Company.
The Game provides mechanisms that allow users to block and report other users. Blocking functionality enables you to restrict or prevent further interaction with specific users. Reporting functionality allows you to notify the Company of behavior that may violate this Agreement.
Upon submission of a report, the reported account may be subject to a review and investigation period typically lasting between twenty-four (24) and forty-eight (48) hours. During this time, temporary restrictions may be applied as deemed appropriate. The Company retains sole discretion in evaluating reports and determining outcomes, which may include warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent account termination. Users who engage in false, abusive, or malicious reporting may themselves be subject to disciplinary action.
You agree to conduct yourself in a lawful and respectful manner at all times while using the Game. This includes refraining from the use of unauthorized software such as cheats, hacks, bots, or exploits, as well as avoiding fraudulent or deceptive practices. You further agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Game’s servers, systems, or overall functionality, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Game.
The Game may include virtual items, currencies, or other digital assets. These items are licensed to you and do not constitute personal property. Except where required by applicable law, they have no real-world monetary value and may not be redeemed for cash. The Company reserves the right to modify, revoke, or remove virtual goods at any time, with or without notice. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all content, software, designs, graphics, audio, characters, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any part of the Game without prior written consent from the Company.
Your use of the Game is subject to the Company’s Privacy Policy, which describes how your information is collected, used, and stored. This may include gameplay data, communications, and interactions with AI chat systems. By using the Game, you consent to these data practices.
The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Game or any of its features at any time, including the addition or removal of social or chat-related functionalities. Updates may be required in order to continue accessing the Game. The Company may also amend this Agreement from time to time, and your continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of any such modifications.
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at its discretion if you violate this Agreement, engage in unlawful or harmful behavior, or pose a risk to the community or platform. Upon termination, your license to use the Game will immediately cease, and you must discontinue all use of the Game.
The Game is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor does it warrant the accuracy or reliability of AI chat system responses or user interactions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Game. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, progress, or virtual goods, as well as damages resulting from interactions with other users or AI chat systems. Your sole remedy in the event of dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the Game.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. By agreeing to this provision, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings.
