INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Orboltix® collects a wide range of information from users in order to operate, maintain, and improve the Services. This includes information that users voluntarily provide during account creation, profile configuration, and content publishing activities, such as names, usernames, email addresses, telephone numbers, authentication credentials, and other identifiers. Users may also provide profile-related information including biographical descriptions, preferences, and media content such as profile images.

In addition to directly provided information, we collect user-generated content that is submitted, transmitted, or otherwise shared through the Services. This includes posts, comments, messages, images, videos, audio recordings, and any other content generated through user interaction with the platform. Such content is processed for the purpose of enabling core platform functionality, including distribution, storage, moderation, and personalization.

We also collect information automatically through the use of the Services. This includes technical data such as IP addresses, device identifiers, browser configuration, operating system details, and network metadata. Usage data is collected to understand user interactions with the platform and may include session duration, navigation paths, clickstream behavior, and engagement metrics. Diagnostic information, including crash reports and system performance telemetry, may also be collected to ensure system reliability and stability.

Furthermore, we derive behavioral and inferential data based on user activity. This may include engagement patterns, content preference modeling, and interaction graph analysis used to generate recommendations and personalize user experiences. Finally, when users interact with artificial intelligence features, we collect inputs, prompts, generated outputs, and safety classification signals in order to operate, improve, and monitor AI system performance.

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

We process personal information for a variety of operational, technical, and legal purposes that are integral to the functioning of a modern digital social networking platform. Such processing is necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including enabling user authentication, account management, content distribution, and system personalization.

Personal data is also processed to facilitate algorithmic recommendation systems, content ranking mechanisms, and user experience optimization processes. These systems rely on behavioral signals and interaction data to generate relevant content feeds and improve engagement quality.

Additionally, data is processed to operate artificial intelligence systems embedded within the platform. These systems may generate content, assist with user queries, summarize information, or provide automated recommendations. Processing is also undertaken for platform integrity purposes, including fraud detection, abuse prevention, spam mitigation, and enforcement of community safety standards.

We further process data to comply with applicable legal obligations, respond to lawful requests from regulatory authorities, and maintain records necessary for dispute resolution, security investigations, and audit compliance. Where applicable, processing may also be conducted to support legitimate business interests, including service improvement, system analytics, and research and development.

LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING

Where applicable law requires a lawful basis for processing personal data, Orboltix® relies on several distinct legal grounds depending on the context of processing activity. These include user consent, particularly in cases where optional features or non-essential processing activities are involved. Processing may also be necessary for the performance of a contract between the user and Orboltix®, particularly where data is required to provide access to core platform functionality.

In addition, we rely on legitimate interests, which may include ensuring platform security, preventing abuse, improving system performance, and maintaining the integrity of social and algorithmic systems. Where legally required, processing may also occur to comply with statutory obligations imposed under applicable jurisdictional frameworks. In limited cases, processing may be necessary to protect the vital interests of users or third parties, particularly in situations involving safety risks or emergency circumstances.

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

Orboltix® may disclose personal information to third-party service providers who perform operational functions on our behalf. These include infrastructure providers, cloud storage services, analytics providers, security vendors, and artificial intelligence service providers. Such disclosures are made strictly for operational purposes and are governed by contractual obligations requiring confidentiality, data protection compliance, and purpose limitation.

We may also disclose personal information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or judicial bodies where required by applicable law or legal process. In the event of corporate restructuring, merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, personal information may be transferred as part of the business assets, subject to appropriate safeguards and notice requirements where applicable.

AI SYSTEMS AND THIRD-PARTY DEPENDENCIES

The Services incorporate artificial intelligence systems that may rely upon a combination of proprietary algorithms and third-party foundational model providers. These systems may also utilize licensed datasets, publicly available information, and anonymized platform-generated data to function effectively. Orboltix® does not claim ownership over third-party foundational model architectures or training methodologies, and such systems may operate independently of Orboltix® infrastructure.

Third-party AI providers may update, modify, or change their systems without notice, and such changes may affect the behavior, output, or availability of AI-powered features within the Services. Accordingly, AI functionality is inherently subject to external dependencies outside the direct control of Orboltix®.

LIMITATIONS OF AI OUTPUTS

All outputs generated by artificial intelligence systems within the Services are inherently probabilistic in nature and may reflect incomplete, inaccurate, or contextually inappropriate information. Such outputs are provided solely for informational and functional assistance purposes and should not be interpreted as professional, legal, medical, financial, or otherwise certified advice.

Users acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or unintended interpretations, and that reliance upon such outputs is undertaken at the user’s own discretion and risk. Orboltix® does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated outputs.

USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR AI USE

Users assume full responsibility for any prompts, inputs, queries, or data submitted to AI systems, as well as for the interpretation, application, and use of outputs generated by such systems. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies. Users further acknowledge that AI outputs must be independently evaluated prior to reliance or operational use.

DATA RETENTION

Orboltix® retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including operational requirements, legal compliance obligations, dispute resolution processes, and security enforcement activities. Once data is no longer required for these purposes, it is either securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized, subject to technical feasibility and legal retention requirements.

SECURITY

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These safeguards include encryption mechanisms, access control systems, intrusion detection tools, and audit logging frameworks. However, no digital system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and users acknowledge that transmission of data over the internet carries inherent risks.

USER RIGHTS

Subject to applicable law, users may exercise rights relating to their personal data, including the right to access stored information, request correction of inaccuracies, request deletion of data, object to certain processing activities, request data portability, and withdraw previously provided consent. Requests are subject to identity verification procedures and may be limited by legal or operational constraints.
